England Premier League

Arsenal – Manchester City
Match Preview: Carabao Cup final repeat in the Premier League
Following a one-sided Carabao Cup final at Wembley last weekend, Manchester City and Arsenal return to Premier League action on Thursday in a rematch. City’s 3-0 win effectively guarantees that they will claim at least the double this season, with the Premier League all but wrapped up already, and they will now target the Champions League. The 4-0 win over Basel in the first-leg of their last-16 tie means that they can already plan for the quarter-finals and few sides look as strong.
With a 13-point advantage in the league and a match in hand, Pep Guardiola will be keen to confirm that the trophy is heading to the Etihad as soon as possible and beating Arsenal would be an important step towards that goal. With just one defeat all season, and 23 wins from 27 matches, it is hard to see a demoralised Arsenal get anything, even though they are at home.
Match Preview: Standings
The Gunners were utterly outplayed by City on Sunday and Arsene Wenger has an almighty task to re-motivate his squad in what is an important Premier League clash, not least in getting the Emirates crowd back on his side.
In sixth place, Arsenal is 10 points off fourth, although Thursday night is their game in hand. Their best chance of returning to the Champions League after a season without undoubtedly lies in winning the Europa League, though they will have to see off Milan in the last-16, which will be far from straightforward.
Given their inconsistency, nothing from the north Londoners surprises anymore, so a good performance and even avoiding defeat cannot be ruled out. Tipbet has plenty of betting markets to choose from. Man City is 1.80 to get their 24th win of a remarkable Premier League season, while they are also available at 2.65 to score at least three times again.
Match Preview: First Goalscorer Odds
Wenger will demand a reaction to last weekend from his players and his side are 4.20 to get three points, with a draw 4.10. With over 100 different markets to choose from, Tipbet customers can bet on a range of different outcomes after registering for an account.
Below are the odds on each player being the first goalscorer, with Sergio Aguero, who scored in the League Cup final, at 3.95.
